The new executive order issued by Judge B. Glen Whitley mandates wearing a face covering when entering businesses in Tarrant County. Please wear face coverings effective June 26th.
Because we feel that golf inherently works in a social distancing space and is played in the presumed safer space of the outdoors, it is our desire to remain open during the current health crisis. However, the health and well-being of our members, guests, and staff are of paramount importance, and as such, we are implementing the following guidelines for our daily operation.
Social Distancing – Please make every effort to maintain a distance of at least 3’. While waiting in line or occupying common space, please practice social distancing to minimize the likelihood of virus transmission.
To Go Food & Beverage Purchases – Tarrant County and the City of Fort Worth have banned all food and beverage operations other than ‘take-out’ or ‘to-go’ capacities. Therefore it is imperative that transactions at our F&B counter be efficient and timely. Menus will be available to expedite the ordering process. While playing the golf course, please call ahead from the 9th tee to place your order for pick up at the turn.
No Loitering – At the conclusion of your round, please do not gather in the clubhouse as there are limitations on public gatherings, particularly in a restaurant setting.
Cleaning – Our staff is taking extra efforts to continually clean and sanitize common areas and surfaces. Normal practices may be modified in an effort to support these processes, so please understand that these procedures are fluid and may change day to day.
Social Responsibility – Please do your part to prevent the spread of this virus and protect our more vulnerable members of society.
The World Health Organization recommends the following 5 tips to prevent the spread of COVID-19
- Hands – Wash them often
- Elbow – Cough into it
- Face – Don’t touch it
- Feet – Stay more than 3’ apart
- Feel sick? Stay home
We appreciate your patronage during this unprecedented health crisis. Your safety is our top priority, and it is our hope that golf can provide a recreational space to relieve some of the pressure that we all feel at this time.
